At Soft Play Oasis, we help families and event hosts create joyful, safe, and beautiful spaces for children to play, and we couldn’t do it without an amazing team behind the scenes.
We’re looking for dependable, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our Event Crew. If you love flexible work, care about great service, and want to work in a supportive, positive environment that brings joy to families across Chicagoland, we’d love to hear from you!
Roles Available:
Event Crew, Lead Crew Member, Event Attendant
What You’ll Enjoy:
- Flexible, as-needed weekend schedule
- Same-weekend pay
- Complimentary meals while on the job
- Pay ranges from $22–$25/hour depending on role and experience
What You’ll Do:
- Load, transport, set up, and break down premium soft play equipment for children’s parties and events
- Clean and sanitize equipment on-site
- Work 4–8+ hours per shift, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays
- Ensure each setup meets our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and design
Who We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and professional team members
- Ability to lift 35 lbs+ and work efficiently (some venues require quick load-outs)
- Comfortable commuting to and from our warehouse in the Northbrook/Wheeling area
- Positive attitude and team spirit
