Activities for small children with play equipment made from soft materials. The soft play area offers a safe environment where children can play, explore, create and use their imaginations.
To request a reservation, simply fill out the Request Form. Once we receive your details and approve your event, we will send you an invoice for a $100-$150 refundable damage/cleaning deposit to hold your package and secure your date (this does not count towards the rental fee). You will also be required to sign the rental agreement/waiver. The total rental fee will be due 7 days prior to your event. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your event.
All rentals are for up to 4 hours of playtime. Set up and breakdown time is included in the package fee and not calculated into the playtime. For each additional hour, we charge $75 per hour. No payment processing or paperwork on the day of the event. Deposits will be returned within 1-2 days only if all balls are placed back inside the ball pit at the time of pick up. There were NO food, liquid, glitter, candy, or stains on any of the equipment.
No damages to any of the equipment.
There is a delivery fee based on zip code. We service locations within 20 miles of Northbrook, IL. Due to increased fuel and labor time, there will be an additional delivery fee if your requested location is located outside this parameter.
We can set up both indoor and outdoor based on the weather conditions, ground conditions (dry/drained/level). Outdoor setups must have shade provided by the client. We can customize and offer recommendations based on your specific venue or space. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance if needed.
If your venue requires a COI with additional insurer, there will be a $25 fee. Client is responsible for coordinating this beforehand with the venue.

We promise to respond to your reservation requests or inquiries within the same business day. We accommodate reservation times and dates based on the availability of each package.
We understand life happens. Please notify us as soon as possible at least 7 days prior to the event and we will grant you a full refund. If cancellation is less than 7 days, a credit for use at later date will be applied. Good for one year. If there is inclement weather in the forecast, we will need an alternative indoor setup option or we will need to reschedule your event. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to provide a refund.
